HOW TO:
For a winged liner look
1. To determine where the eyeline should stop, start at the wing of the nose and go past the outer corner of the eye.
2. Apply the eyeliner starting at the center of the eye towards the outer corner of the eyelid.
3. Trace over a dotted line from the inner corner of the eye to the center of the eyelid, then create a solid line.
